All packages below represent 4 weeks of support at each tier. Upgrades are available at each new billing cycle. If you conceive while you are working with our fertility doula, she is happy to provide early pregnancy support as you begin the transition to a pregnancy.

All fertility doula packages are billed monthly on the date your contract begins.

Package 1: The “Just Enough”

Ideal if you’re just starting out on your TTC journey, aren’t sure how much support you want, or prefer to do things on your own.

Package 2: The Fertility Friend 

A great option if you’re looking for a little bit more one-on-one support to help you achieve that BFP (big fat positive).

Package 3: The Before The Bump Bestie

Everything but the kitchen sink. This package is great if you want someone with you every step of the way towards your BFP (big fat positive). Great for anyone who is learning how to chart for fertility for the first time or needs that extra level of support.

90-minute initial consultation

Unlimited text messaging 

45-minute phone call each week

TTC community membership 

30-minute fertile window Zoom strategy session with a personalized plan

Package 4: The Well-Loved Treatment

We understand that going through fertility treatments of any kind requires a special kind of support. This package is specifically designed for anyone going through fertility treatments (medicated cycles, IUI, IVF, etc.). 

What’s Included:

90-minute initial consultation

Unlimited text messaging 

Pre and post-appointment/procedure support calls (up to 4 per month scheduled as needed)

TTC community membership

A La Carte Service Options

30-minute Zoom strategy session with a personalized plan:

Spend 30 minutes discussing the most pressing fertility issues you’re experiencing. At the end of the call, you will be presented with a personalized written plan to help you achieve your goals. Popular for fertile window planning and support with special circumstances. 

90-minute consultations: 

Choose a fertility topic of your choice and take a 90-minute-deep dive with your fertility doula. Consultations do not require the purchase of a support package, so this is a great option for anyone who needs a refresher or is hoping to DIY the fertility process. 

Consultation topics could include: 

• Charting your cycle 
• Fertility diet recommendations
• Lifestyle changes to optimize your fertility 
• How to talk to your OB about fertility questions 
• Male fertility health 
• Fertile window strategy session
